RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Rules for the execution of the Right of Withdrawal
Who it applies to
Community legislation provides that the Right of Withdrawal - regulated pursuant to the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005 - can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their business. commercial.
The Right of Withdrawal, therefore, cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. Purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties are also excluded from the Right of Withdrawal.
How it exercises
The Right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 10 working days, a written communication to the geographic address of the supplier's headquarters by registered letter with return receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours, in compliance with Article 64, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. .lgs n.206 of 06/09/2005. For convenience, the Customer can send the same communication to the email address: info@labottegadelsapore.it together with the registered letter.
Method of withdrawal
Conditions to which the Right of Withdrawal is subject:
a) the purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (packaging, any documentation, accessories, manuals b) the shipment of the product is under the full responsibility of the customer.
Return of goods
The product must be returned within 7 working days, together with the Return Authorization Code (RMA). The Customer, at his own expense, will ship the goods to our address.
Please note that La bottega del gusto will not accept shipments without the Return Authorization Code (RMA) on the packaging. In order to avoid unpleasant inconveniences, it is also advisable to carry out the redelivery shipments with couriers or other suitable means able to allow the traceability (tracking) of the product.
Refund procedure
Within 30 working days of receipt of the goods La bottega del gusto will credit the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. The aforementioned amount will not include shipping costs, in accordance with art. 67, paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 206 of 06/09/2005. For purchases made by credit card, the refund will be made by cancellation. For all other types of payment, the refund will be made by bank transfer, upon communication by the customer of their bank details.
When the right of withdrawal expires
The Right of Withdrawal is totally lost due to lack of the essential integrity of the product in cases where La bottega del gusto ascertains the following:
a) damage to the product;
b) even partial use of the product;
c) the lack of the original packaging;
d) the absence of integral elements of the product.
